Ritz Carlton Difc Downtown Dubai Hotel

Great location, quiet yet close to downtown. Club floor and lounge were excellent. Great staff. Good food and value for money. Clean and well-maintained hotel.

Great location for business and leisure, close to shopping and restaurants. Upgraded to a premier room upon check-in. Room service provided hot lemon tea when feeling unwell. Excellent and friendly staff. Wonderful experience!

During my stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was near DIFC amazing outlets and just a short walk away from the Emirates Tower metro station. The Dubai Mall was also easily accessible, making it convenient to visit all the major sights. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a fitness center and spa.

One minor issue was the lack of kitchen towels and kitchen cloths in the apartment.

From the warm welcome upon arrival to the personalized service throughout my stay, I was like a valued guest. The rooms were luxurious and looked super fresh, with a pleasant fragrance that added to the overall experience. I also appreciated the excellent food options available at the hotel's restaurants and bars. The convenient location and easy access to key areas in the city were a major plus, making it a great choice for business travelers like myself.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, providing excellent service and making sure that I enjoyed my time here. The location of the hotel was a major advantage, as it was conveniently situated in the DIFC area and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and lounges. The hotel facilities were great, with a fine indoor pool that was relaxing and warm. The rooms were luxurious and attention to detail was perfect, with amenities like Nespresso machines and pillow menus. The staff were pretty good too ensure that I had a great experience, spending time explaining various tourist attractions and even assisting me in retrieving my lost credit card. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, location in the DIFC area, and great facilities.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious family suite with club lounge access. The staff treated us with utmost respect and care, and the housekeeping on the 13th floor was exceptional. The outside terrace for breakfast was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel's hygiene was outstanding. the atmosphere was delightful and the staff were polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

The noise level in the rooms can be an issue at times.

During my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, I had an unexpected surprise, made my experience special. After a long and exhausting flight, I was upgraded to a Premier room by the receptionist, Rushikesh. This gesture made my day and helped me recover from the fatigue. the room service provided by A.Palrat were really nice when I requested a knife to cut some lemons for my sore throat. Instead, they surprised me with a pot of hot lemon tea with honey, wishing me a quick recovery. I have never experienced such personalized and caring service in any hotel before.

This hotel is truly luxurious! the spa center is amazing with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. the treatment rooms are elegantly designed and the professional staff knows how to pamper their guests. the breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious and the poolside bar offered a great variety of snacks and drinks. the private facilities are exclusive and available only for the hotel guests. the location in the city is perfect for those who want to be close to the financial district.

The only minor issue was the slow internet access in the hotel room, which could be improved.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff, especially Dymtro at Center cut, were really good too ensure my family and I had an excellent experience. The refreshing towel and welcome drink were a nice touch.

The door mechanisms were a little cumbersome, making it difficult to leave/enter the room late at night without disturbing others.
